Eye of the north not working - Guild Wars Forums

hi there i was bought the GW: complete collection for my birthday last year. iv been playing through all the campaign untill suddenly. no eye of the north i don't know why it's not showing up but the NCsoft store is telling me i have it but i cannot play it. anyone have any ideas on what is going on with it?

edit: im guessing it's is either the disk or you guys are rigt and i need to find it in game. thanks anyway i just thought id be able to start it as a normal campaign it's just when i make a new character nothing comes up for EOTN so i was wondering about that. ill try it out thanks guys

You have to get to Lion's Arch (Prophecies) or Kaineng Center (Factions) or Consulate Docks (Nightfall) before you can travel to EotN. Once you get to these places you will get short quests that unlock travel to EotN and the other Campaigns.
Once unlocked, you travel to the other Campaigns/Cities by using the boat that appears on the map, and you can travel to EotN either directly from the Prophecies map, or by using the Asura Gates that appear.

If you've already gotten there (your post is not that clear) and it's simply not working, the only thing I can suggest is that you do an "-image" and/or reinstall the client.

in Kaineng Center, take 'I feel the Earth Move Under my Feet' from Minister of maintenance Raiugyon,

or in Lion's Arch, take 'What Lies beneath' from Len Caldoron,

or in Kamadan, take 'Hole of Istan' from Bendah

These will start the mission to get access to EON.

And just to add, you need to be at least level 10 to gain access to these quests.

Adding a bit more - you can't create and start a character in EotN.
